Clive, with his business partner, founded Holton Homes in 1988, originally working from home on one project at a time and then moving into a small office in Bournemouth town centre. Now, nearly 30 years later, Holton Homes are one of the largest house builders in the area.
Clive oversees the day to day running of the company, which has a sales, land acquisition and construction department, all of which are highly active in the Dorset area.
Beth joined Holton Homes in 2014, after achieving a first class degree in Accounting & Finance.
Beth has a varied role which includes managing the company's accounts, assisting in the selling of our new properties, maintaining the corporate brand/image and overseeing the day to day running of the company.
With nearly 30 years of local property experience, Paul is head of land purchasing. He is an expert in appraising all types of developments including residential houses, flats and bungalows, joint venture agreements, housing association agreements, as well as commercial opportunities including offices and shops.
Paul is very experienced at obtaining planning consents and can provide you with a no obligation assessment for your property or garden.
Sandra joined Holton Homes in 2004 after working for the company's solicitors. Sandra's employment background has been in solicitor firms and building companies. Sandra has A level Law but decided on a change in direction to work for Holton Homes as their Sales Manager.
Sandra is responsible for selling new build properties built by Holton Homes as well as guiding the purchasers through their mortgage, Help to Buy and legal process.
Construction Manager/After Sales
Paul started with Holton Homes in 2001 and originally trained as an estimating surveyor project manager. With over 40 years experience, Paul is now the Construction Manager at Holton Homes.
Paul oversees all aspects of the construction process, from the conception through to the completion and handover to purchasers.
Alex joined Holton Homes as our Architectural Technologist in 2007 and coordinates matters relating to Planning and Building Regulations.
He holds an HND in Building Studies and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.
Chris has been with Holton Homes for 13 years, after spending 22 years in the army. Chris is responsible for the day to day running of his sites and the health & safety of workers.
Chris is also responsible for the liaison between sub contractors to ensure a smooth transition of trades throughout the build process.
Cree joined Holton Homes in 2014 as our Site Labourer.
Cree is responsible for assisting Site Managers, ensuring sites are kept tidy, operating machinery, loading and delivering materials, assisting with after-sales and general upkeep of the sites.
Louise has worked for Holton Homes for fourteen years. She moved down to the South in 2001 and started to work for us immediately, starting full time but now works part time due to have two children.
Louise's role is very varied and includes duties such as secretarial, office administration, after sales and accounts.
Dave joined Holton Homes in 2015 as our Contracts Manager.
Dave has worked in the industry for 25 years and has worked his way up from Site Assistant to Contracts Manager.
Dave's main duties involve general running of the sites in conjunction with the Construction Manager.
Dave has won two NHBC awards for top 100 in the country and three NHBC quality awards.
John joined Holton Homes in 1995 as a carpenter contractor and assisting with some site management. John initially ran four sites completely on a contract arrangement and then started full time employment with Holton Homes in June 2002 as a site manager.
John is responsible for the running of the sites, health and safety of the workers and organising sub contractors and trades.
Keith is an electrician by trade and has almost 40 years of varied experience in the building industry. Keith initially worked as an electrician on Holton Homes developments, and joined us as a Site Manager in 2015.
Keith is responsible for the day to day running of his sites, Health & Safety, liaison between all trades & maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Derek joined Holton Homes in 2015 as a Site Manager.
He is responsible for the running of his sites, organising sub contractors, health & safety and ensuring the developments are built to a high standard.
Carly has been with Holton Homes for nearly seven years. She originally worked in a full time position selling properties, assisting clients with making kitchen & tile choices for their new homes, viewings and handovers.
Carly is now working part time due to starting a family.
Sarah has worked for Holton Homes for seventeen years, in the last two years Sarah has gone from working full time to part time due to starting a family.
Sarah's role includes covering main reception, secretarial duties and the running of management companies. Sarah is currently pregnant with her second child and due to go on maternity leave in mid July.
